Complete the Pre-Learner course (in most areas), pass the Rider Knowledge Test, eyesight check and fees to get your Learner Rider Licence. After the required holding period, complete the Pre-Provisional course and pass the MOST (Motorcycle Operator Skills Test) to move to P1, then progress to P2/full under the NSW rider rules.
